Wheel City Auto Partners With the Rough Riders to Collect Teddy Bears This Holiday Season
Consumers can donate a teddy bear and earn a special discount on the purchase of a vehicle
(December 1, 2015) Tampa, Fla. - Each year, in continued commitment to the memory of Theodore Roosevelt and the volunteer cavalry that served alongside him, the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment - Rough Riders, Inc. help to give back to the Tampa Bay community. A major part of their efforts is their annual Teddy Bear Run in which the organization collects, sorts and distributes thousands of teddy bears to hospital patients, cancer survivors, shelters, community health centers, special needs day care centers and foster children. In support of the Rough Riders and their charitable donations, Wheel City Auto Finance Centers is offering a special discount off the purchase of a car for anyone who donates a teddy bear to the Rough Riders.
Interested parties can visit Wheel City Auto, located at 1711 East Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa, now through Dec. 31 and bring a new teddy bear to get $100 off of the purchase of their vehicle. Qualifying teddy bears must be new and unused, unwrapped and at least 12-inches in length. Other restrictions may apply, please contact Wheel City Auto for details.

In addition to serving as a drop location for the annual Teddy Bear Run, Wheel City Auto Finance Centers has personally donated 100 new teddy bears to help launch its efforts with the Rough Riders.
Wheel City Auto opened its first Florida location in February 2015, with additional locations planned in 2016.
